Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds boneless pork loin roast, cubed into bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup Honey Teriyaki Sauce
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1½ tablespoons Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
  • Metal or wooden skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes

Directions

  1. Season pork with salt and pepper as desired. Place in a gallon freezer bag. In small bowl, whisk together next 5 ingredients; salt and pepper as desired. Pour over pork. Seal well; toss to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
  2. Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove pork from marinade and thread on skewers. Transfer marinade to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil 5 minutes. Reserve 1 tablespoon for remix recipe, if desired.
  3. Place pork skewers on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 155°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 8-10 minutes, basting with marinade last 5 minutes.
  • Makes 6 servings.
  • Serve with Garlic Grilled Zucchini.
  • Wine Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc
  • Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 1. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 2.

    One of our favorite ways to enjoy pork tenderloin!

    We love this recipe at our home and have probably made this recipe 5 times! It makes the pork taste amazing and we’ve done it with the zucchini side recipe or grilled veggies as shown below! We love to mix up the marinade and let the pork marinate in it overnight.

    Great tasting port

    I didn't put mine on a stick but I put the cut-up pork on foil on the grill and it was so good. I even had two 7 year olds asking for seconds.

    Fantastic Honey Pork

    My picky eater love this I severed with garlic Garlic oven roast potatoes and put a few sweet peppers on the skewers. will be making again.

    These were a hit with Everyone!!

    I served this at a Freezer Meal Worshop and they were a huge hit with everyone!! Going to try the marinade on chicken as well!

    Tasty Way to Prepare Pork

    These pork kabobs were tender, juicy and flavorful. The whole family loved them. Leftovers reheated nicely! Will use this marinade again with pork chops and maybe chicken breasts.
