Made honey teriyaki vegetable stir fry for dinner tonight using Tastefully Simple Honey Teriyaki sauce, low fat peanut butter, Sriracha sauce, and a little salt/pepper. Instead of noodles I used bean sprouts to cut down on carbs. Cooked, the texture of the sprouts was just like noodles!!! I added grilled chicken, seasoned with Si Si Cilantro seasoning, for protein. This was beyond delicious !! Definitely making this again for dinner . I used fresh carrots, red bell pepper and broccoli. 3/4 cup of the Honey Teriyaki sauce instead of the 1/2 cup and a teaspoon of Sriracha sauce in the sauce. I sliced three chicken breasts in half to make 6 cutlet size pieces. I sprayed the chicken with olive oil spray and seasoned with salt, pepper, and SiSi cilantro seasoning. Grilled for 5 minutes on each side.

This dinner is so quick, easy, healthy and delicious! Perfect way to use veggies from the garden!
Freezer Meal Fanatic
This is better than take out, and cheaper too! We are a family of 3, but ate almost the whole thing! This is definitely a keeper.

My husband was skeptical but one bite and he was hooked. The flavor is amazing and so easy to create. If you aren't into strictly veggies, add chicken or shrimp. We can't wait to have it again.

We can't do the noodles in our house, so I thought I'd try making this with cooked spaghetti squash. The result was fantastic! We also added some chicken for some added protein. All in all, this was an awesome dinner!

So easy to make & full of flavor! Definitely give it a try!
Stir Fry fan
I enjoyed this recipe. It was very easy to follow. I did the Stir Fry as a meal and a freezer meal. Although I did add a little bit more Honey Teriyaki Sauce at the end. I felt that the peanut butter was a little strong. But that's just me ;)
