    Very easy to customize

    Wow! This soup is amazing. I followed the directions with a few customization - I boiled the noodles separately (I didn’t not reduce the amount of liquid in the recipe) My husbands bowl had noodles. I added cauliflower to mine. I also added a few other vegetables like carrots, green beans, & yellow bell pepper. Lastly, i used an italian style diced tomato so I reduced the amout of pesto mix to 1/4 a cup. I’ll definitely be making this all winter long.

    Olive Garden equivalent!

    Everyone in the family enjoyed this as it reminded them of the pasta fagioli soup at Ollive Garden. They were just wishing for Salad and Bread sticks to go with it! Next time I will add julienne carrots and kidney beans.

    Just made this for the first time today. We LOVED it! Filling but not too heavy. Love the flavors and SO easy to make :)

    Light and satisfying!

    My family and friends love when I make this! It has a wonderful Italian flavor but is a nice light broth based soup. I have used ground beef or ground turkey with great results.
