Italian Turkey Burgers

I really enjoyed these simple burgers!!! They were easy to make, very tasty and used simple ingredients I already had around the house! We cooked them all and with a leftover burger I crumbled it on top of a salad for lunch and it was delicious!

My family loved this, even my little picky eater daughter!

I made these burgers using ground chicken and froze them until ready to eat. Because they were still partially frozen, I baked them instead of frying them. They were delicious and moist. My family agreed these should be made again! I will probably bake them again as it was so easy and they were delicious that way. This is a great freezer meal!

Although hesitant to attempt turkey for a burger, I made these last night and was pleasantly surprised at how great they were. Following recipe exactly as provided and could not have been better. These will be our new burgers for sure!

We have made these 4 times already! They are simply the best turkey burgers I have ever made. I have subbed ground chicken...still delicious! And last time, I topped the burgers with prepared Mama Mia Marinara and a slice of fresh mozzarella. Fantastic!!

These were so simple to assemble and had such great flavor. I was even able to get my little ones to eat them.

Quick and easy burger nite can ROCK! It's really that easy from start to table 30 minutes and YUMM. I did cut the mayo in half, but the Roasted Garlic Infused Oil gave it a beautiful crisp gold outside and mayo made the inside so moist!

I made these for the first time tonight using ground beef instead of turkey. I was kind of leery adding mayonnaise to the ground beef mixture. But they turned out delicious! Will definitely make them again.

Adding Mayo to my ground turkey made me nervous, but they were super delicious! Normally turkey burgers seem dry, but I guess the mayo solves that! And the Mama Mia added just the right amount of Italian spice for us. Since we are avid Mama Mia fans, we know to use a little less than what is called for.

I used ground beef instead of turkey because that is what I had. My family said these definitely need to be made again. My family doesn't usually unanimously agree on anything! So easy to make, will definitely add to the dinner rotation.
