Ingredients

  • ¼ cup 2% milk or buttermilk
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Classic Ranch Mix
  • 10 ounces mixed spring greens
  • 2 cups prepared shredded or chopped Makin' Magic Chicken, thawed if frozen
  • 4 cups veggies of choice (such as carrots, green peppers, cucumbers, green olives)

Directions

  1. In small bowl, whisk together milk, mayonnaise and Classic Ranch Mix. Set aside.
  2. Divide greens among 4 large salad bowls or dinner plates.
  3. Top with Makin' Magic Chicken and veggies of choice. Drizzle with dressing.
  • Makes 4 servings.
  • Note: Nutrition based on 1¼ cups green pepper, 1¼ cups cucumbers, 1 cup shredded carrots, ½ cup sliced Spanish olives.
