  • Key Lime Cheesecake
Makes: 16 servingsActive Time: 15 minutesTotal Time: 6 hours

Ingredients

  • 6 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix, (2 packets)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 drops green food coloring, optional
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Using an electric mixer, mix on medium until smooth; set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Press into a greased 10-inch springform pan. Spread filling over crust.
  3. Bake 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave cake in oven 1 hour. Remove from oven. Cool to room temperature then refrigerate several hours.
  • Makes 16 servings.
