Ingredients
- 1 package Carmelita Bar Mix™
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- 7 tablespoons heavy cream, (¼ cup + 3 tablespoons), divided
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup mini pretzel twists, chopped
- ½ cup wavy potato chips, broken
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Carmelita Bar Mix packet 1 according to package directions using butter and 3 tablespoons heavy cream. Reserve 1 cup crumbles and press remaining mixture firmly into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan.
- In medium bowl, combine Carmelita Bar Mix packet 2 and remaining ¼ cup heavy cream. Microwave on HIGH for 40 seconds; stir. Mix in peanut butter.
- Spread ½ of the caramel mixture onto the crust to within 1 inch from all edges. Top with dark chocolate chips, pretzels and potato chips. Drizzle with remaining caramel and top with reserved crumbles.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until edges are slightly golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
