Just made this dish and was delicious! My only advice would be; add the spice bit by bit,
and taste as you go to reach your preferred levels. 1/4 was a bit much for me...but I am
fighting may way through it as it is soooooo good. I sprinkled some parmesan and romano on it, on top of the mozzarella, before placing it in the oven. Hey, the more the merrier,
right?
