I made these for dinner tonight, and used unseasoned waffle fries, unsalted butter, and added no extra salt. Afterward, I checked the ingredients for Mama Mia Seasoning and found it does have a lot of sodium. The flavor was incredible, but way too salty. I would definitely recommend the recipe, but next time I will only use half of the Mama Mia Seasoning called for, especially in the dip.
