    Lasagna cups for the win

These are sooooo simple and work great. For the 2nd night in a row though the instructions mention ricotta cheese but the ingredient list doesn't. So that needs to be fixed.

These are my go-to when I don't know what else to make! They are easy to make and great to take to parties since they travel well. My family and friends request that I make them! I've not met anyone who doesn't like them.

    Family favorite

These always get rave reviews and I never have leftovers! Tip- use one shell in mini muffin tin. We have used taco meat topped w cheese, and sour cream after baking if desired. Can also do sausage/egg mixture with cheese to make breakfast cups.

    Easy and Delicious

The whole family loved these Lasagna Cups. They were very easy to make and a fun twist on a classic dinner. We did substitute for turkey instead of beef, which the kids didn’t even notice. So win! I definitely recommend.
