These lasagna cups were the perfect weeknight dinner. We loved the flavor (and that we could adjust the seasoning to our family's liking) and the portion sizes made it so easy not to overdo it. This kid friendly option will be in our dinnertime rotation for sure.

This is one of my family's favorites for when I am out of town and they have to fend for dinner. Super easy to make. Really fun to serve.

These are amazing! I used my own ricotta recipe ( added an egg, mozzarella, salt and pepper to the ricotta), but otherwise followed the recipe - and the result is delicious! They were very easy and freeze beautifully. My family loved them and they will be great to pull out of the freezer for those busy nights!!
