Mama Mia Lasagna Cups

My daughter made these for her party and everyone loved them. So much we made them again the next day just for us. I love the little bit of crunch that the wontons add.

Fun treat for the whole family! We made ours in mini muffin tins. The kids really enjoyed the bite size dinner.

I love making these! I make the meat ahead of time and freeze it with the sauce and Mama Mia. When I want to make the lasagna cups I just pull the stuff out of the freezer and the rest is a snap! Made some using cottage cheese in place of the ricotta. Excellent with garlic bread and salad!

I made this dish for an Open House that I hosted and since then, I have had people requesting Mama Mia Marinara Sauce all the time so they can make this recipe all the time!
