This is officially my new favorite Brussels sprouts recipe! It's hard to find a recipe that either doesn't burn the sprouts, or doesn't leave them mushy. We LOVED the hint of sweetness with the savory seasoned salt. I ended up putting them on broil after adding the maple syrup because they were starting to turn soft and we wanted them crunchy.

Maple-Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I made the Maple-Roasted Brussels Sprouts for a family birthday dinner in January. My daughter who does not like Brussels Sprouts has now asked for them twice more. Thank you for making a "yucky" veggie TASTY!!!

Brussel Sprouts everyone loves!
Roasting the Brussel Sprouts at 400 degrees makes them crispy and delicious! I only put maple syrup on half, so those who want it a little sweet can enjoy it, and those who like it savory can enjoy it too! You can use any of our seasoned salts!
