Ingredients

  • 1 package Bountiful Beer Bread Mix®
  • ¾ cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Mama Mia™ Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) package sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 15 fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove ¼ cup Bountiful Beer Bread Mix from package and set aside. In medium bowl, combine remaining Bountiful Beer Bread Mix, water and oil; mix until soft dough forms. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Dust a clean work surface with reserved ¼ cup Bountiful Beer Bread Mix. Turn dough out on to work surface. Press and roll dough into an ⅛-inch thick rectangular. Transfer to a greased large baking sheet. Using a fork, prick all over crust. Bake 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine crushed tomatoes and Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix.
  4. Spread baked crust with sauce. Top with cheese slices and tomato slices. Continue baking until cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven and top with basil.
