Ingredients
- 1 package Chocolate Ugly Cake Mix™
- ½ cup cold water
- 1¼ cups hot water
- Whipped cream, raspberries, hot fudge sauce, optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 5 (7-8 ounce) ramekins; set on a baking sheet.
- In medium bowl, combine Chocolate Ugly Cake Mix packet 1 and ½ cup cold water. Mix until well combined.
- Divide batter among ramekins. Evenly sprinkle Chocolate Ugly Cake Mix packet 2 over batter in ramekins (about 2 tablespoons each). Gently pour ¼ cup hot water over each ramekin.
- Bake 18-20 minutes or until barely set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm garnished with whipped cream, raspberries and drizzled with hot fudge sauce, if desired.
