Mexican Mollettes

The picture intrigued me first, so I had to make them. This had a great Mexican flavor and the refried beans as a spread added the creaminess this sandwich needed. I made a quick pico with tomatoes, onions, lime juice, and si si cilantro to top it off. Very Tasty. I've already made them a second time

Very fast and easy

I had left over hoegie rolls that I needed to use up and ran across this recipe and thought I'd give it a try. It was so fast and easy and really good. The flavor was excellent. Will definately be doing this one again
