Amazing cherry cobbler
Made this cherry cobbler last night for a party and everyone loved it. The sweet, crunchy topping is amazing. And I love how easy it is to make. I can't wait to make this again!
Best cobbler
I love the crunchiness of this cobbler and it maintains its crunch even with ice cream melting on top!! Perfect!! One can of cherry pie filling did not cover the bottom of 8x8 pan so I used 2...which I think made it even better as it has a pretty thick crust. Can't wait to try with blueberry pie filling!!
Best crisp ever!!
What's great about this is that you get like an inch of crisp on top of the fruit! In my opinion there is never enough crisp -- but now their is! Took me literally minutes to whip up - and I used apple pie filling. Not a fan of cherries -- next time I might try raspberry or strawberries. I used an 8x8 pan - but I might use a 9x9 next time because there REALLY was this huge layer of delicious crisp on top - so I think I can stretch the recipe a bit more

I don't particularly care for making the Apple Cake as it should be made. I only make this cobbler recipe! Tonight I'm trying peaches instead of my usual cherry. This recipe is AMAZING!
