Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh cauliflower florets, (about 1 small head)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Nashville Hot Seasoning
Directions
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat well.
- Transfer to a greased air fryer basket or on greased rack in second position in air fryer. Set air fryer to 400°F (do not preheat).
- Air fry 15-20 minutes or until desired doneness. Serve with Classic Ranch Dressing for dipping, if desired.
- Makes 6 servings.
- Make Ahead: Prepare step 1. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or up to overnight. Continue with step 2.
- Bake Option: Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare as directed. Place in a single layer on a parchment-lined large baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Optional Classic Ranch Dressing: In medium bowl, whisk together ¼ cup 2% milk or buttermilk, ¼ cup mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon Classic Ranch Mix. Refrigerate up to 1 week. Makes about ½ cup.
