Easy dinner
Love the Mexican flare on this one pan meal. We ate in shifts so I did as a little extra water since it was sitting in the pan for a while. Great flavor, way better than that boxed kit with the fake powder cheese. Kids like it too

Easy to make. Very quick to fix. Way better than hamburger helper. I like that you use real cheese and not powder.

I found this to be somewhat spicy and had a kick to it. I would make it again maybe using half of the spiciness seasonings.
