Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1½ tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Onion™ Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Pepper
  • Tortilla chips or assorted veggies such as jicama sticks, bell pepper strips, carrots, and/or snow pea pods

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for dippers.
  2. Mash to desired consistency. Salt as desired.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips or assorted veggies such as jicama sticks, bell pepper strips, carrots, and/or snow pea pods.
