Must have staple. I use it in everything from omlets to casseroles. Our favorite quick meal is hot ham and cheese sandwiches. spread bread with butter and sprinkle onion onion, top with ham and swiss cheese and broil til cheese is melted. My family doesn't like onions but love the flavor this gives our food.
