Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Italian Garlic Seasoning
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 French baguette loaf, sliced into about 30 (½-inch) slices
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup real bacon pieces
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and Italian Garlic Seasoning. Vigorously mix until well combined. Stir in mozzarella. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to broil on HIGH. Spread baguette slices with cream cheese mixture. Place on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bacon.
- Place under broiler. Broil until lightly browned and cheese is bubbly, about 2-5 minutes. Serve warm.
- Makes about 30 crostini.
