I made this meal for my friends while on vacation. It was so easy & had so much flavor! I put a pork roast, along with the rest of the ingredients, in the crockpot right away in the morning and by early afternoon we had a great lunch poolside! Everyone loved it.

Delicious Pork!
Our whole family enjoyed this delicious pork: my kids chose to eat it all on its own while my husband and I liked it on soft bakery buns. Such a simple recipe, we will definitely be making it again! :)
