I made this for myself and my son tried it and said it was so good, so I made him a batch to take back to college. This is my new favorite recipe and will be made over and over.

Insanely Delicious!
This meal was crazy, insanely, delicious. If I didn't have to feed the hubby, I would have ate his too. I did saute the veggies a little longer than the recipe says just because I like softer veggies. But I do that with most recipes anyway. We will make this again & again.

Chicken was amazing!!
I totally enjoyed this meal, I took 1/2 to work so good heated up in the microwave the next day, I highly recommend this dish!!
