Good meal to have in your regular line up for when you’re short on time or don’t want to make a big fuss over dinner. I cubed the tenderloin instead of slicing. Good flavor, not too powerful. If you want more chunks in the mix, you could add some chopped onion and it would be good as well.

Easy and delicious!
I actually made this with pork chops instead of slicing pork tenderloin - less work and dirty dishes. I also forgot to add the cannellini beans but it was still very good. I always love a "one-pot" dish because it makes for quick clean up. Will definitely be making this again!
