Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 32 cubes
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Pepper Seasoning
- 8 metal or wooden skewers
- 12 pieces cubed fresh pineapple, cut in half (24 cubes)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 24 cubes
- ½ cup Pineapple Chipotle Grill Sauce
Directions
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Season chicken with Garlic Pepper Seasoning; salt as desired.
- Thread chicken on skewers with pineapple and peppers. Place on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 8-10 minutes.
- Brush with Pineapple Chipotle Grill Sauce the last 1-2 minutes of grilling. Remove from grill. Brush with any remaining Pineapple Chipotle Grill Sauce before serving.
