We felt these were delicious! We substituted the meat for plant based meat. My husband thought it looked like fun and helped me make them! I would say more like an hour and 15 minutes start to finish. Would recommend less rice vinegar on dipping sauce though. We enjoyed them with and without the sauce!

Tasted really good, but labor intensive!
The meat mixture is absolutely delicious, but compared to other TS recipes that take no time at all, I made about 5 potstickers and quit. A bit too time consuming for me. I saved all the rest of the filling for lettuce wraps! Yum!

Loved the Pot Stickers!
We really enjoyed the pot stickers and sauce; however, the work and mess to get to the end result is not our style. If you are into tedious dinner or appetizer making ... GO FOR IT! They are so tasty!
