Ingredients
- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 (15 ounce) jar creamy Alfredo sauce
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, well-drained
- ¼ cup Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix
- Grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in medium saucepan over medium heat, combine Alfredo sauce, drained tomatoes and Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Toss cooked pasta with Alfredo sauce. Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Makes 6 servings.
- Serving Suggestion: Add 8 ounces cooked shrimp or chicken to sauce while simmering.
