I came across this recipe looking for meals that call for zucchini because I have them coming out of my ears in the garden. This recipe did not disappoint!!! It was delicious and very easy to make!!!! I will definitely be making it again soon!!!

AMAZING!!
I do NOT do mushrooms so I left them out and added more zucchini & peppers and absolutely LOVED this recipe. I've already made it 3 times this summer.
