I followed the recipe to the letter and the quartered mini red potatoes did not soften up after the 20 minutes of cooking. So I turned the heat up a little and cooked another 10. It still tasted really good.

We all love this meal and make it often and for every TS party I host. I start out with the garlic infused oil then cook my chicken in it, add Rustic Herb seasoning and about a half cup of chicken broth, then add cut baby reds and fresh green beans. Yum!
