I usually bake from scratch and regularly make a sour dough rye. Yes, it has a little honey but I think this mix has way too much sugar for a savory bread. I got this in a gift basket and tried foccacia last night. Way too sweet for our tastes. We threw it away. The mix would be better if it didn't have sugar and you could add your own if you wanted a sweet bread.

GREAT APPETIZER!
I made this for my open house and was one of the items that I did not have any leftovers with! Everyone loved it and super easy to make! Great item to dip into sauces (Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix, Garlic Garlic, Buffalo Chicken Warm Dip Mix)

It has great flavor and was a hit. Some thought it was a little spicy. Not sure, maybe use a little less seasoning.
