Ingredients
- 1½ pounds 85% lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Rustic Herb Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- Burger toppings such as, cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced avocado, red onion, arugula, optional
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Prepare grill to medium heat. In large bowl, combine beef, Rustic Herb Seasoning and Seasoned Salt. Form into 6 patties.
- Place patties on grill. Grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 8-10 minutes. If desired, top with cheese of choice the last 1 minute of grilling.
- Serve over desired burger toppings and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Serve with a low carb green salad.

- Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 1. Individually wrap patties in plastic wrap. Place balsamic vinegar in a quart freezer bag. Place patties and bag in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Prepare grill to medium heat and continue with step 2.
- Air Fryer Option: Prepare as directed placing patties in air fryer basket or on rack in second position in air fryer. Set air fryer to 400°F (do not preheat). Air fry, turning over halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 8-10 minutes. If desired, top with cheese of choice the last minute of cooking. Continue with step 3.
- Skillet Option: Prepare step 1. Heat a large cast-iron skillet or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add patties to skillet. Cook, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 6-8 minutes. If desired, top with cheese of choice the last minute of cooking. Continue with step 3.
