Salted Butterscotch Meltaways

I used a 1.5 in. cookie scoop. Got 28 cookies that took 15 minutes to bake. The timing on this recipe is way off. My grandkids thought they didn't have much flavor. They are correct.

these were so yummy! I must have made my cookie balls much smaller though because I made over 40 balls. they took a little longer to bake for me, and while waiting for them to turn golden one of my pans got "overcooked". I would recommend checking the color of the bottom, when the bottom is slightly golden then remove them. very very yummy!
