I love pot roast. I tired this recipe, but instead of red wine I used the Ultimate Steak Seasoning. I don't think I've ever wanted to eat leftovers as much as I did when I made this roast. I had also added diced red potatoes to this about 1 hour before it was done. When I removed the roast to shred it I added corn starch to the sauce to thicken it. Yum!
