Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 (8 ounce) package fresh sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced, optional
  • 2 tablespoons Onion Onion™ Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked

Directions

  1. In 3-quart or larger slow cooker, combine first 8 ingredients.
  2. Cook on LOW 7-8 hours.
  3. Stir in sour cream; continue cooking 30 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
  • Makes 6 servings.
  • Make Ahead & Freeze: Combine step 1 ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.

    Tastes great and so easy to make put it together before I leave for work all done when I get home. Even my 5 year old asks for seconds.

    Easy and flavorful

    Very easy and flavorful. It wasn't as creamy/thick as we usually like it. Will add a can of cream of mushroom soup next time so it is thicker.

    So delicious and easy!

    This couldn't be easier. It was absolutely delicious. My guests loved it! I thickened up a little with cornstarch and water. Worked perfectly.

    Easy Easy Easy!

    Such a simple dinner! Throw it in the slow cooker and walk away! I omitted the bell peppers and they weren't missed. Only wish it would've thickened up a little in the end.

    I love how simple this recipe is - and how great the house smells to come home to. The meat cooked to very tender...we liked the flavor better after adding some smoky bacon bbq sauce.

    This recipe was simple and tasty. Beef stroganoff is one of my family's favorite meals and an old family recipe, so this recipe had a lot to live up to! My family enjoyed this recipe and I would make it again as a quick dinner solution.

    Very good flavor!!!

    I have never liked Stroganoff, but I was willing to try this anyway. I made it on the stove top vs the slow cooker and it was delicious! Next time I will be making it in the slow cooker.
