Where has this recipe been hiding? It was delicious. So easy, dump it all in the crock pot & go!
I highly recommend using the dry white wine. It definitely adds another layer of flavor I don't think you would get from chicken broth.

A little lumpy
I'm not sure why, but the consistency was very odd. It was lumpy and scary looking. It tasted ok, not my favorite, but it was just odd.
