I made this for a pool party and everyone loved it! Good thing I made it with double the sour cream and mayonnaise because it was devoured!

Big hit at my party!
I should have made two batches of this stuff - everyone at my party loved it! I used a mellow black bean and corn salsa under it and they thought it was great. So easy to do too.
