This is a pantry staple at my house. You never know when friends will drop by and we always have tortilla chips so I often throw together a can of petite diced tomatoes and Simply Salsa and we have a quick snack.

I love just boiling tilapia in chicken broth and veggies and a cap of Simply Salsa! Toss in some white beans and CIOPPINO! Healthy and zippy!

Not just for Salsa!
I use Simply Salsa not only to make excellent salsa, but also to make Guacamole (just mix 2 Tbsp w/mashed avocado & lime juice - YUM). I've also sprinkled some into scrambled eggs to give them a southwest kick.

After a really good crop of tomatoes, I thought I'd try my hand at homemade salsa. This product made it SO EASY! Since I made with my own fresh ingredients the taste was unbelievable. A little goes a long way, too. If we want it spicier, we add more! Tried with canned diced tomatoes this winter and that worked great!
