Ingredients

  • 1 package Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • 2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
  • Ice cream or whipped cream, optional

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; stir to blend.
  2. Place both cans of pie filling in the bottom of a greased 3-quart or larger slow cooker. Spoon batter over cherries.
  3. Cook on LOW 3 hours or until cake is set. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
  • Makes 8 servings.

    Soooo GOOD!

    This is one of those desserts that feed a ton of people! You can use raspberry filling if you want. I also add a jar of dark chocolate fudge to the top when it's done.

    So easy!

    This turns out like a cobbler consistency for me, and my family loves it over vanilla ice cream! Using the slow cooker for dessert is so great ... you set it for a few hours and go about your evening. Before you know it, everything's ready. : )

    Yummy!

    Very good and easy! I cooked mine on low for 2 1/2 and it was still runny, so I turned it on high for an 30min-1hr and it was done.
