Was good, but bland and a complete pile of mush. Needs Fiesta Dip or something to spice it up a bit. The mush part - I'm not sure how to fix that. I even cooked it a little less than the recipe called for and the tortillas just turned to mush. There were no real layers. It was easy and edible. I will try again and add some spice and cook even less time to see how that goes.
