I made this for my #10mealchallange and it was really good! I used turkey instead of beef and cottage cheese instead of ricotta. I only made a 1/2 recipe and it was perfect for my smaller crock-pot ... and I have plenty of leftovers!

So quick and easy to assemble with all the flavor of a traditional lasagna

This was so easy. On a busy day my daughter did all the prep work out of the freezer. My kids said this was their favorite freezer meal ever.

Perfect for a baby shower. Made the night before and threw it in the crock pot the morning of the shower

Browning the hamburger was the hardest part (and only because it was frozen)! So very, very simple...and good too.

This was a very easy way to make a classic dish! It was great to have it cooking while I'm at work and ready to eat in minutes! Will add this to our list of regular meals!

This lasagna is amazing! I really can't say enough good things about it. I do make it in the oven versus the slow cooker. When I do that, I cook it in the oven at about 325 degrees for about an hour and after I have it assembled with the uncooked noodles, I add about a half cup of water for the cooking of the noodles.I do add about 2 TBSP Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix versus the 3-4 TBSP that it calls for, because I like mine a little more mild. I've also never included ricotta cheese and it is still fabulous! I hope you'll give this recipe a try! You won't be sorry!

My husband loved this recipe! I made it in the oven with oven ready noodles. So easy!

My son gobbled up the lasagna like nobody's business. That's a home run recipe!

I had no idea you could make lasagna in a slow cooker until trying this recipe! Loved, loved, loved the final product and much easier than traditional lasagna. Will definitely be making this again at our house! Tip: The noodles that were touching the side of the slow cooker got a little dark. Next time, I'll be sure to keep the noodles away from the edges.
