It came out well and made it worthwhile putting in a little extra time to make them. The dough was sticky and somewhat hard to spread on the baking pan. I found it easier to just sprinkle coconut, oat, brown sugar separately without mixing with crumble. Tried reducing the butter quantity to half and added well mashed ripe bananas for the other half to make it low fat. Bars were quite yummy, light and guilt free. I also skipped the lemon frosting to keep it low sugar
