Superb Beef Stroganoff

This was one of the best stroganoff recipes I have ever made. yummy and tender once it was done. We will be having this one again!!!

A family fav! Super easy and so packed full of flavor! Very inexpensive! Gotta add extra mushrooms for my kiddo!

I converted this recipe so that I could cook it on the stove top! I am part German and so is my husband. My mother would never make beef stroganoff because as a kid we didn't like it. My husband's family made it all the time. So I had some pressure trying to find something that resembled what he grew up eating! He said this stroganoff was better than his mothers! WIN!

Simple to make and full of flavor! I didn't even add the sour cream and I also used whole wheat egg noodles to make it less calories/fat and it was amazing!

I tried this recipe tonight. My family loved it. I served it over buttered rice instead of pasta. Only change is I added 2 tsp of the seasoned salt to up the flavor. Served string beans and crescent rolls on the side

Not only was this ridiculously easy to make, but had such good flavor. Right before serving I sprinkled some black pepper and Spinach & Herb into the sauce. My husband said I can make this again any time. Will definitely add to our dinner rotation.

My family inhaled this, even my 15 month old. Delicious! We topped ours with a garden tomato that I diced and sprinkled with Garlic Garlic. Yum!

Trying out the Meals & More collections....I am in love! This was delicious and made plenty for our family of 4 with leftovers (I have 2 teen boys!)
