This recipe is excellent! Chicken is so moist and juicy. Just a touch of heat. Great combination of flavors.

Delectable!
This was so flavorful but not overly spicy. Grilled chicken bores me but I couldn't stop eating this one.

Great Flavor, Zesty with a little Heat and Sweet
My son ate a really large serving of this chicken and kept asking for more. I was astonished, he was either really hungry or it was really good! He's 3 1/3, so you know how kids can be! Picky sometimes, and other times... not so much!
I personally thought this was a wonderful way to eat chicken. I find chicken breast so hard to dress up. To me it's a boring food. But this recipe really brought the flavor to the party! It was kind of spicy, from the Wahoo! Chili Seasoning, but the garlic flavors from the oil and garlic garlic seasoning settled it down nicely, and the honey was just enough sweet. It was sort of Asian inspired, sort of Mexican. Really a nice dish. And very easy to make. I did not have a lime on hand, or lime juice, so I just added a squirt and a bit of lemon juice.
My only suggestion is this: tenderize your chicken first! I have this handy gadget that is almost like one of those slap chop things from the infomercials, but is a whole bunch of tiny blades that poke the meat to allow flavors to seep through and cooks chicken a little faster and more thoroughly. Amazon, $20.00. Worth it. I really think that helped to prevent the chicken from getting dried out and losing all it's flavor. I pretty much tenderize every meat I eat now!
My husband thought this was pretty good too. His words were "It's very good, it's not the absoulte best chicken I've ever had, but it's very good and I would eat it again." But that's because the best chicken to him is fried chicken so that isn't very applicable. Just ignore him. ;)

Great flavor!
We wiped our plates clean. Very good flavor. I didn't have a lime (do no zest), but I used the lime juice from our fridge.
