This a staple recipe in our home! Great freezer meal or make fresh to freeze on busy weeknights. I used a 3 1/2 lb pork shoulder and cooked on HIGH for 8 hours. Due to the thickness of the meat and bone, I wanted it to fall apart. We enjoyed as burrito bowls, pork tacos, and a pork taco salad. One meal w a few options for busy families to enjoy or for those “picky eaters”. Once all pulled apart I added some of the juices to the meat to juice it up and add in that delicious flavor. So good!!
