Ingredients
- 1 (8 pound) pre-cooked spiral cut ham
- Heavy-duty aluminum foil
- 1 jar Tangy Raspberry Dipping Sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove any plastic and plastic bone covers from the ham; place in a roasting pan or a 13x9-inch baking pan. Cover with heavy-duty aluminum foil; sealing around the edges of the pan.
- Bake until internal temperature reaches 140°F on an instant-read food thermometer (10-14 minutes per pound), about 1½ hours.
- Remove ham from oven. Increase oven temp to 450°F. Remove foil and brush top and sides of ham with about ¾ jar of Tangy Raspberry Dipping Sauce. Return ham to oven. Bake, uncovered, 5-7 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove ham from oven, let rest 10 minutes, slice and serve with remaining Tangy Raspberry Dipping Sauce.
