Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 packet Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup crispy fried onions
- ¼ cup plain panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream cheese on HIGH for 30-45 seconds. Stir in Swiss cheese and Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix. Microwave 1-1½ minutes. Stir. Set aside.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, prepare broccoli according to package microwave directions. Drain liquid off.
- Stir in cheese mixture and Parmesan cheese. Set aside. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Sprinkle over broccoli.
- Microwave 5 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
- Makes 6 servings.
