This is our third meal in a row this week using Tastefully Simple's recipe search. We were again completely satisfied with the meal on our table! I would make this simple dish again and again. I did bake the chicken thighs at 375° for 40 minutes instead of using the grill/frying. Excellent and easy!

We made this as one of our Freezer Meal Workshop recipes - since there are just the two of us I was able to make two freezer meals - and I had to order a second bottle of Vidalia Onion Dressing so I could make up more of this easy & delicious freezer meal!

We don't do a lot of rice in our house, and we far prefer chicken breasts to thighs, so we diverted from the recipe just a bit. The result: fabulous! The flavor was great, the chicken was moist, and all I had to do was add a veggie and dinner was served! Yum!

Great flavor on the grill or in the oven! Love the mixture of Vidalia Onion and Ultimate Steak Seasoning. Not too much kick for my little ones, but just enough to amp it up a bit.
