Ingredients
- 10 ounces fresh baby spinach leaves
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
- 4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries
- ½ cup Vidalia® Onion Dressing
Directions
- Layer first 7 ingredients in order listed on large platter or individual salad plates.
- In small microwave-safe bowl, microwave Vidalia Onion Dressing on HIGH 1 minute.
- Drizzle warmed dressing over salad.
