These little burgers were very fun to make and eat! I omitted the olives and fried the mushrooms with some onion slices as a topper. Will definitely make these again!

Even with mushrooms my husband liked these. He suggested that we have the leftovers and made mashed potatoes and gravy to go with it. That was tasty to.

We really liked these. I omitted the olives and thought they were missing a little bit of salt but other than that they were terrific. Next time, I'll serve them with waffle fries!

This were very tasty!! Grilled them and they were very moist. I omitted the green olives because my kids aren't fans of olives. They will be on our menu again!!!

Everyone loved this burger including my pickiest one who said it tasted like bacon! I omitted the mushrooms and olives since we don't eat those. Wasn't sure about the chips but the flavor was great. My first time with a pork burger and will use the same meat again.
